Welcome to Qopara (qopara.com). By using this website you accept the Terms of Service in Section II.

I. PRIVACY POLICY

1. Everything runs in your browser

Qopara is built to protect your privacy through local processing.

• No server transfers: All processing — JSON formatting, IPS QR generation/parsing, VAT/PIB validation, password checks, and all validators — happens strictly within your browser, on your device.
• No collection or storage: Any text, financial data, codes, or documents you enter never leave your device. We do not send, log, analyze, or store them. Closing the tab wipes the data from memory.

2. What is nonetheless recorded (technical minimum)

The site uses no tracking cookies and shows no ads. To learn which tools are useful, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics): it counts anonymous page views — without cookies, without personal data, and without recording anything you type into the tools — and the data is aggregate and cannot identify you. As with any website, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical access data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs, solely for security and correct operation. We do not use this data to identify you, nor link it to what you do in the tools.

3. Local settings (localStorage)

The site may save your preferences (e.g., theme or language) locally in your browser via localStorage. This stays on your device, does not track you across other sites, and is not a tracking cookie.

4. Your rights and contact

Since we collect no personal data through the tools and our analytics is anonymous and cookieless, we hold no database of your personal data to manage. For any privacy question, contact contact@qopara.com.

5. Analytics and future changes (ads)

The cookieless, anonymous analytics described above is already in use. If we introduce advertising, or any analytics that uses cookies or personal data, this page will be updated beforehand, and — where required by law — we will ask for your consent via a consent banner.

II. TERMS OF SERVICE AND COPYRIGHT

1. Copyright

All qopara.com content — source code, design, logos, tool descriptions, and platform structure — is protected under Serbia's Law on Copyright and Related Rights and international treaties.

• Permitted: personal and commercial use of the tools; free linking to any page on qopara.com.
• Prohibited: automated bulk scraping, copying code for resale or building competing services, and unauthorized re-hosting of platform parts without written permission.
• For any unauthorized use of the work online, the author reserves the right to request content removal from foreign platforms and providers (including DMCA notices for US-based platforms and the corresponding procedures for others), without prejudice to the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement under domestic law.

2. Limitation of Liability

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law (respecting non-excludable consumer rights under RS/EU law), the author disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage from use of the tools — including financial loss from incorrect validation or IPS QR errors. Verify critical data (e.g., payment orders) in an official system (your bank's app) before finalizing.

3. Amendments and Governing Law

The author may modify these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Serbian law governs. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
